We respect tenants rights as a tenant must have quiet enjoyment and privacy during your tenancy. We are very different from traditional real estate agents, we won’t treat our tenants as a number – we take the time to listen to their needs and assist them with a solution. We do take the management of investment properties seriously and all we ask from them is that they pay their rent on time and to care for the property as if it is their own home.
We go in search of quality tenants to ensure the property is proactively marketed 24 hours a day. Our priority is to find the best possible tenants in the shortest possible timeframe. This means being innovative, focused and delivering a personal approach with potential tenants.

Internet advertising has overtaken all other forms of traditional advertising. We understand the importance of online marketing and we take full advantage of the technology available. Window cards and newspaper advertising are a thing of the past. We market your property on all major websites and also feature homes for rent on social media pages such as Facebook. High quality images are prepared with a clear detailed description to attract the demographic best suited to your property.
Network referrals
Regular updates of available properties are sent to our wide network of local and interstate contacts such as hospitals, banking institutions, airports, solicitors, finance advisors, accountants, mortgage brokers, corporate clients, real estate sales offices and relevant local businesses. This proactive approach to marketing means access to a greater range of potential tenants for your property.
Personalised viewings
Unlike property buyers, the majority of tenants have between 7 and 14 days to find their next home. We understand that every day counts and will arrange individual inspections when it suits the customer, including after hours and weekends to suit working professionals. Waiting for the next open home is not in the best interests of the tenant or the owner. Providing selective, individual appointments helps to ensure we rent the property in the shortest possible time to the best possible tenants.
