We’re Looking For: An enthusiastic, organized, and customer-oriented individual to join us as a receptionist. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about real estate and eager to grow within the industry.
Responsibilities
Managing front desk activities including greeting clients and handling inquiries.
Coordinating appointments and maintaining calendars.
Assisting with administrative tasks and office management.
Supporting the sales and property management teams with various tasks.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; further training or certification in office administration is a plus.
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is advantageous but not essential.
Ideal Candidate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
